"Is MUMPS structured? I think it is. We haven't outlawed the GOTO, but we have named subroutines,
controlled loops (while loop is the same as argumentless FOR with a QUIT), iterated loops (FOR),
parameter passing to subroutines, functions with return values...
We also have line scoping on IFs, ELSEs and FORs. What else do you need to be structured?"
